"Oh, it's no hassle at all!" Wendy waved her hands around. "It's the least I could do."

Marilyn didn't know that Larissa had moved. Thus, Larissa had to go to her old apartment to wait for her before she came.

So as to not arouse Marilyn's suspicions, Lewis drove Wendy's car. He waited in a corner.

When Marilyn arrived, she called Larissa.

Larissa waited around on the first floor. She acted as if she'd just walked out. She ran toward Marilyn hurriedly.

Once Larissa was buckled up, Marilyn handed her a McRonald's bag. "It's still so early. You haven't had breakfast yet, have you? I passed a McRonald's and got you something."

Larissa did not take it.

"Thanks, but I ate at home."

Larissa didn't dare to eat something so random.

"What?" Marilyn was stunned. She urged, "Why don't you eat a little? It's still warm. What about some coffee?"

"It's okay." Larissa was determined. "I had a big breakfast. I'm pretty full."

"Fine." Marilyn put the things into the backseat reluctantly.
