CHAPTER 458

In the evening, Russell was sitting on the rooftop of Gator hotel, staring at the homeless woman walking down the road in the distance.

It made him remember the couple of days he spent on the streets, when he gained a completely different perspective on life.

It was only for two days that he was on the streets, which were very dangerous to sleep at, but the most important thing he realized was how much harder it would be for a homeless person to get a job.

From home address and clean clothes to ID and mobile, without these things it would be near impossible to get a job. During those two days, Russell did not have a home or a mobile, or even an ID that he could use. All he had were his costly suit, but would that alone have been enough for him to get some kind of a job? Probably not.

“After all that happened in my life, I still don’t know how to get a proper job,” Russell thought. He never attended interviews before, so he didn’t have that experience, either.
