The emotional effects of the Zombie Catastrophe had been telling on all.Everyday, the zombies covered more ground, with the people in their path moving in whatever way they could to help themselves escape. Amongst these men, women, and children, hung a now perpetual cloud of fear as they did not know what could happen to them. Those who had been unlucky to get away had become zombies, adding to swelling ranks, and those who had became refugees, dying of hunger, disease, rape, and violence where they managed to find shelter and a place to stay. Farther inside, those who were still a long way from the coming zombies locked their borders and stayed in, waiting for anything that would happen, while the army who continued losing so many men was clueless on what to do.With General Pierre’s disappearance, it was safely assumed that he was dead, and unsurprisingly, no one wanted to take his place. Many powerful generals thought they would be fighting a lost battle with trying to fight the z

Similar to, but not so unlike Earth, or Mars, it is not like them in the sense of how luminous it is, with the predominantly white colour having black swirls on its spherical body, making it look like something done with the gentle, thoughtful strokes of an artist’s brush. The planet also has five suns, named Xavia, Aenir, Ghani, Tishi, and Vivuz, nine moons which will not be named, and two rings — all of which float about it and move in their orbits around its glowing body, as it is their centre of gravity. Therefore, it is not moving around some other body like the Earth does around the Sun.On this planet there is never night, as a sun is always shining with a moon
Every one of the Rhisana had one unique skill. There would be one who could breathe fire, and another could fly. A third could create illusions, and so they would go on and on with all their unique skills, each to one Rhisana. But our main focus shall not be on all of these, but on one particular individual.Ainenrhi.Largely considered the weakest individual by the rest of his race — not because he lacked strength, nor because of a flaw of his, but because of his skill. The Rhisana only consider skill in valuing one another, just the way many humans only consider wealth. The stronger and more impressive your skill, or the more experienced you are with it, the more respect and love you earn from the rest of your race, who all knew each other by sight. With Ainenrhi, it was agreed that he had the most useless skill. His was being creative.“Among us, the Rhisana, there are those who can fight every other person here, and those whose singing voices can cause the stars to fall upon Rhi.
Ainenrhi came back with the climbing device. As Rhiparuc watched the young Rhisana struggle to pull with him this device that was almost his size and bring it up to the top, he saw everything — from how small this Ainenrhi was, to the very looks of the device in his hand. It was quite roughly fashioned, and not so pleasing to look upon, but Rhiparuc looked at it anyway. Had it not helped him to climb Minen Rhiparuc, which hardly any other Rhisana had climbed?“This is my climbing device, Rhiparuc.” The young one beamed with the pride of a child who has done something great, baring all his white teeth in a glow that contrasted his black, luminous skin. At once, the big one set to inspect the device. “What did you make it with?” He asked, running his hand on it. It was like a T that sprung up, taking up the user with it. “Materials I found at the foot of the mountain.”“And for how long did it take you to do it?”“A day, Rhiparuc. From the moment Xavia and her moon moved for lonely
The more the rings turned, the lonelier Ainenrhi became. The Rhisana are not like humans, who can be subject to ugliness or defect. Physically, they are almost perfect and ethereal, which makes them rely on skill for distinguishing one from another. With a skill considered useless by all, Ainenrhi found no one to show him a caring side, so that he was even put down by younger Rhisana. He grew into a particularly intriguing Rhisana, and one that kept to himself too, focusing on nothing but his skill. He made himself a workshop and lived his entire life in it, trying to create that one thing that would earn him a place amongst his kind.In doing this, he created all.A vessel to take him outside Rhi and to any planet he willed, which most of the Rhisana could not do was his first, and they all watched in amazement when he moved this vessel, going past the rings and leaving them in suspense until his return, unharmed. Revelling in the silent respect this brought him, he stunned them aga
Back on Rhi, everyone considered Ainenrhi to have faded away. He was as good as lost to them, and even forgotten. However, all of this remained unknown to Rhiparuc, who remained on his mighty, hallowed Minen Rhiparuc without ever coming down the whole time. He was there and largely undisturbed until the fading of the oldest Rhisana that had been at the time happened, which meant the end of that one's life. It also meant that a new glowing piece of rock formed from a faded Rhisana would be brought to the foot of Minen Rhiparuc for him to take from them and throw off the top of the mountain, where it would become a star. It was his duty unto them after all, his created race. His mighty form descended, and immediately, they bowed to him, according him the respect and honour he was due. However, there was something amiss about them as he saw them, and he watched them even more closely, checking. Something was different from the last time they were here, and he soon knew what it was. “
Among the Rhisana, it is rumoured that Rhiparuc has a secret weapon. It is a sword that shines brighter than the glow of any Rhisana's skin, and said to be forged from the best materials in the universe by Rhiparuc himself, making it so sharp that it can cut into anything and everything. This remained a rumour, as not a single one of them had ever seen this sword, and those who wanted to believe in the sword for the sake of fantasy simply said in its defence that no one had seen it because there was no need for it — for what was the use of a sword in the absence of war on Rhi and the lack of the need to kill any one of them? Many had come and faded without ever seeing this sword, but that day, they saw it in the hand of Rhiparuc as he descended from the peak of his mountain. It was bright and long, with thoughtfully made, intricate, thread-like lines adorning the body. Not so much thought could be given to its appearance, however, not with what it was being brought down to do.Ainenrh
While all this was going on, Ainenrhi's seeds were growing. He had planted his kaput in the Earth's water, something unknown on Rhi, and they had moved from there to land and had even combined to form more complex kaput, until Rhiparuc saw — not just one, but so many beings on the Earth that his once lonely abode was now filled with scores of them. And even if he wanted to ignore them, he could not ignore the ones called Humans. They had gone from clueless apes to beings that had the same power as Ainenrhi — creating. He watched in horror as they created and made, until the Earth was filled with the things they created. At first, he wanted to let them be as he saw that they could die, and would not pose any threat to him, but he also saw that as they died, they left behind offspring who grew to be even more creative than their parents, and filled the Earth with more of themselves. Then the time came that Rhiparuc decided he had enough of this mini Rhisana. It was to him like a memento
