Renggin Ang, a foolish boy with hidden talents, is often referred to as the trash of the Ang Family. This is because Seta Hun (Renggin Ang's father) hides his identity as trash. However, it turns out that he is a descendant of the world's strongest legend, Duata Hun.
One day, a tragedy occurs. Seta Hun's identity is revealed, attracting the attention of the masters from Yu Continent. These masters hunt Seta Hun, carrying a mysterious book with the word N-O-V-E-L written on its cover.
During the chaos, Renggin Ang and his sister, Ampy Ang, witness an epic battle between their parents and the masters. Their parents are trapped in a soul-sealing formation.
Taking advantage of the situation, Meriy Ang (Renggin Ang's mother) manages to push Seta Hun out of the formation. The mysterious book opens, floats, and absorbs Meriy Ang's soul into it. The book then falls right in front of Renggin Ang. The masters glare at the child with a strong murderous intent.
Seta Hun orders Renggin Ang and his sister to flee with the book. To save his children, he sacrifices himself using a forbidden technique known as the body-destroying move. With this technique, he kills six masters and severely injures one. Seta Hun's body is destroyed, and the remaining master leaves with Meriy Ang's body.
What will become of Renggin Ang and his sister after this event?
