Watch out!” Lucy shouted as soon as she saw the two savage men moving slowly toward Jack from behind, hoping to take him unaware, but he turned instantly, causing them to halt while they looked at the blazing sword which they were wary of. “Stay away from me and my friends if you do not want to end up like your leader and your fighter!” Jack kicked Kael’s head toward the two savage men who were standing behind him. One of them stopped it from rolling with his left foot, and the two of them growled at Jack angrily, but the sight of the weapon which he wielded firmly caused them not to make a single move. “That should be enough to show you that you will be fighting a lost battle if you decide to stop us from leaving. We do not want any more trouble….” Jack looked at his companions, and then he signaled to them at once, waiting patiently until they got up from their kneeling positions. For almost thirty seconds, Jack looked at the sword in his hand, wondering if it was going to be able to do anything to hurt the beast in Human form standing before him. At that moment, he would have preferred the energy blade, but there was no time to think about any other decision as Kael had gotten ready to attack. Jack became very wary of what was going to happen if he wasn’t able to dodge the arrow, but because Kael was closer than he was before, he couldn’t discard the nervousness that crept into his body as he watched his enemy get closer to him. Without warning, Kael released the spear from his hand with a more fierce energy which was almost twice the force with which he threw the previous spear which managed to give Jack a cut on his left arm. Luckily, Jack ducked the moment the spear got very close to him, and it flew ahead of him, missing him by several inches. Jack looked at the leader of the Forsaken for a few seconds, and even though he struggled not to be afraid of him, he couldn’t stop himself from being wary of the fact that it wasn’t going to be easy to kill him just like he had killed Rico who was not as strong as he was.
