Flying boats have become an integral part of many organizations and institutions in the time past. Where once they had been for leisure rides, the flying boats of a thing have become more of a necessity than something which was originally derived for the satiation of some few adventure and relaxation seeking fellows. This is due to the fact that transportation in all the heavens have always come at a steep price. Where one could get some creatures and tether them for the journey, creatures like the griffin, horses and the likes. It did not take long for the crew to arrive at the mountain at which the CFR quarters were located. With A certain guarantee that things would pan out the way they wanted, they had come to the conclusion that multiple plans would be devised. Control Arrays have always been very important to the organization of the Contre for Forest Reserve. As it is of common knowledge, the Centre was created with the sole intent of protecting the people against the raging dragons. The dumb dragns most especailly, who would see to no end that their siewhat deficit descendants are out to the death. It has branches which are spread all through thick and thin, some of them operating in the shadows which might not be in agreement with the various international trade and spatial laws. That is, they did not have the right to set up a base in other realms and areas which were not in their direct control. Although this was debatable, while the Drakonian Confederacy did not have direct leadership roles over these realism,they often had important strings which allowed them to stay in such places, with full rights as one who was legally permitted. The agents at CFR are not just recruited often because eof their capabilities to draw out fire and their natural affinity with the dumb dragons. It goes far beyond that if one were to consider carefully the selection process of the Agents.Naturally one. Would expect that the CFR agents would all be about combat powers and all of that. However it tows a different line.At the CFR, we are concerned about the beings we deal with. Being that the primary focus of the CFR is the containment of the Dumb Dragons; of which are our progenitors, it us imperative that we must understand them also.Not every dumb dragon requires suppressive force to be dealt with.
