The first reaction I showed was squinting severely and scrunching my forehead as the blindfold made its way over my halfway closed relaxed eyelids and I could see properly again but because my eyes had adjusted to the darkness of the black coloured insides of the material for which the blindfold was made from for over thirty minutes the bright light emanating from the room I was inside almost felt like it was going to blind me but for a split second  The light wasn't coming from bulbs on certain parts of the ceiling but from the ceiling itself. It was like the substance used to construct the ceiling or the material which the surface of the ceiling was coated with illuminates itself in the dark and because the room was indoors or at least was covered with no natural ventilation that natural light from outside could make its way through it was predisposed to darkness hence the purpose of the material
