Chapter 40 - New Friend
As I greet the new morning of my second day in this other world, I stretched out my stiff, tired body while grogginess tried to pull me back to the slumber. Yet, though dangerous the environment might be for the powerless me, I still keep my high spirit undisturbed for I was ready to explore more of the wonders that were hidden behind the veil of the so-called reality. Oh how I wish to see the faces of those who belittled my story when I recounted the miraculous event that happened to me back then. If not for that, I wouldn't even know our mere folktales were more than just empty tales. The proof of me stepping foot in this place was already amazing to begin with. I couldn't help but be amazed at how smooth the circumstances w

Chapter 42 - Hesitation
Can you imagine it?  The warriors of old run through the vast plains without abandon as they move alongside the winds. Mighty fighters upwards and body of the fearsome horse downwards. Their march is stupendous, their endurance is excellent, and their strength is magnificent.  Though imposing they were, yet none of them were worthy to be called the strongest among these wonderful and formidable beings. Each with their own speciality and prowess, none of them manage to call themselves the proudest race for the divine title has been divided into six most dominant races.  Yet, that wouldn't matter at all to me. Eyes brimming with expectations as if a boy who saw his crush on his way home, I cast my gaze to those sensational groups while hoping to know them more.&

Chapter 43 - Procrastinate
Woe to thou whose feets shackled by the invisible chain  Living in agony for the rules was nothing more than the deep, entrenched pain  Order they say, law above all to those who live in their domain  Yet when the jurisdictions's sword aimed at the upper class, they come in vain  Even the fearsome protest of the masses were no more than empty complain  The justice overturned and the corrupted rising up their gain  For it was all for the sake of their authority to maintain &

Chapter 44 - Unusual
Though awkward at first, the tension between us faded away slowly with time as they knew me more and I knew more about them. To my surprise, the horrific tales of what my kin had done to theirs were atrocious. Even though they knew that only those who had done the deed were a certain kind of group, they still couldn't help but stereotype the rest of us.  However, the tale was far from being over as I heard how those kinds of people wield such unimaginable feats although they were nothing more than human. Without any malice intention in their words, they spoke to me of how impossible it was for my kin to contest with them with our natural capabilities alone.  Their group of humans was nothing short of a monster through and through. Not only were they at the upper hand because of the body parts they butcher from

Chapter 45 - Professor Horrauth
As my name spread through the community, the atmosphere had become much better while I continued this so-called journey of mine to explore more about the wonderful beings you would only heard about in tales. Varieties of cultures mixed together, each have their own views on the world we live in, as some preferred to stay away from my approach to know them better. However, after spending some time with them and saw their perspectives and civilization, the word spectacular was the first thing that flashed within my mind. With these eyes of mine, I saw the way the centaurs hunt through the wilderness, the nimble movements of arachne treading the  darkness of the green, or the cunning plan thought of by the tribal goblins.&nb

Chapter 47 - Another Day
When we find out about the disappearance of the childrens who haven't been seen since the twilight, the hunters of this village, male or female alike, set forth with their bows and swords as their horses' bodies run through the deep wilderness. On the other hand, I watched their gallant backs in my vision while their figure fade away into the forest. There were only elderly and women left in the village who were unused to the bloodshed or untrained to tread the deadly woodland. Apparently, they have some guess of what's going on, that is why they leave the weakest members of their tribe behind. In my boredom, I walked back to my room as my steps became heavy when I saw the tense atmosphere covering the place. It's not like I c

Chapter 49 - Departure
Following the sweet lullabies resounding in my head, when I opened my eyes, I was greeted with the unfamiliar scenery. Though it was too dark to make details of it, yet with one glance alone, I could tell that there were many plantations around me, as the canopy of the green blocked most of the dim moonlight with their leaves. It started with a slight tremble, which occurred in a change of drastic temperature in my surroundings. Faint mist appeared every time I exhaled my breath, while the noise of countless crickets were the orchestra of the night and they filled the suffocating atmosphere. In my panic, I flustered miserably as I acted shamelessly. The rush of fear has taken root unto my brain while my legs shaking uncontroll
