Back to City Arin!
The three stepped into the dungeon, and the bright gleam blurred their vision. When they adjusted their sight, they were back on the Northern square in the city area, however, rather than scrutinizing the region. Catherine and Salina swivel around and wait for Tejasv to appear.Daemon, on the other hand, beside them rolled his eyes around to check his surroundings for any hostility or enemy waiting for an ambush. He squinted his eyes and clutched his knuckles, preparing to face off.Catherine and Salina frowned and their brows became wet since the time was over and there was no sight of Tejasv from the portal. They swallowed and almost lost all hope when the timer hit the last second.Despondent in their fate, they fell to their knees and despaired to wail for their leader's no return. However, before the portal could close itself, a silhouette leaped from it with a long dive and swift movements.Catherine and Salina jumped with joy and rushed to the person since he was their leader,

Tejasv and his team concentrated on the incoming voice and clenched their respective weapons in a defensive stance. Daemon stood forward in the front while Salina was in the center, shielded by Tejasv and Catherine from the sidelines. While others still had solicitude over the fight in their present conditions, Daemon was the only one raging to have a face-off with some bastards or monsters. All of them, whether it be Daemon or Tejasv, have difficulty in calming their heavy breath and dismayed hearts. The human scream left them stunned since it didn’t sound like a confident or trance person charging for a fight but felt like someone rushing away from something terrifying. Due to the immensity of fear in the voice, Tejasv and the team felt jitters more and more.Suddenly, a person appeared behind a building beside the cross-section of the road, shrouded by blood and multiple wounds and bruises. He ran towards the Northern square with a loud yell, his wide eyes welling with tears.Tejas

The events happening currently before Tejasv and others were horrendous and terrifying, but due to the charging and raging, daunting beasts incoming towards them, they didn't have enough time to consider or even ponder the causes behind these events.Although everyone in the Tejasv team knew the outcome of these two parties would be a direct clash for survival, none of them took even a step forward to save the man begging them for aiding him who was running towards them.Tejasv had a different mindset in these situations; rather than putting his life on the line for a stranger, he would either stay back or take his time to strike at the foe who was posing a threat to his companions. For such a reason, he stood still in his position and even signaled others in his team to stay back for a counterattack on those two beasts at the right moment. His gesture was directly aimed at Catherine since anyone would notice her hatred. If not halted beforehand, she would've divided out of formation

Bloodshed (3)
The vibration reverberated from the steps of Tejasv and Daemon startling the gnomes engaged in thrashing the corpse of the dead man. As their ears twitched due to their sensitive senses, they turned around to glance at the origin of the vibrations.Their eyes widen, and they grind their teeth with groans at the sight of two humans coming toward them with weapons and hostility. They were alarmed by the humans, and because of their instincts, they stood anxiously with their claws out in front with reflex action. The gnomes roared at Tejasv and Daemon while grunting from their anger at how some humans dared to intervene in their lunch. It was evident from their expressions that none of them expected petty human prey to charge towards them for being offensive.Oppositely, on the other side, Tejasv and Daemon grinned and sprint swiftly to the gnomes' position. They firmly clenched their weapons and taunted the beasts with counter roars. Both of them also growled to intimidate and provoke t

Tejasv signaled the Daemon and gestured to him to strike along with him as fiercely as he could muster his strength against those gnomes. Both of them snorted together and glanced back at those monsters before them. Not only did they have a plan and the intention to destroy the enemy before them, but even the gnomes also had enough of these humans. They groaned and grumbled due to the pain and agony in their bodies. The gnomes dived back from Tejasv and Daemon to counterplan something to their advantage. They pulled back the arrows stuck close to the joints of their limbs since they proved a hurdle in moving their bodies.Their movements were swift enough to leave Tejasv and Daemon stunned at their positions. Not only that, but the exhausted conditions of Tejasv and Daemon also aided the gnomes in these actions. Now both sides were prepared to strike back and battle once again. Tejasv and Daemon struggled to compose their heavy breath, while the gnomes also had a hard time enduring th

The gnomes screeched in pain and were left stunned by the attack. Gradually, their expressions paled and the strength faded from their muscles. They felt cold, and the blood splattered like a running stream, mixing with the blood on the floor.Tejasv and Daemon resumed peering at the cold and lifeless figures of gnomes slowly falling to the floor with no resistance or retaliation. It was evident this battle was over the moment Tejasv and Daemon pierced the monster's chest. They snorted and composed their breathing. They swiveled back and signaled thumbs up to Catherine and Salina for the confirmation of victory. They even took a deep breath and slightly smirked at each other. When Catherine and Salina received the signal, a calm and relieved grin appeared on their faces. They smiled at each other and sighed with relief. Both of them were jovial from their victory since Salina bested the enemies in her debut battle. She was overwhelmed and precise as a top sniper. Now, none could point

Into the city! (2)
Tejasv and his team moved around towards their destination, Tejasv's home, where they formed their base for the time being since Tejasv was the center of the team and he was the one who gathered people together. Their focus was directed on the path back to his home.Although reaching Tejasv's home was their necessity and aim, there was another reason behind the cause. Since most of the buildings around them were ruined by something, they rushed to find the location of their base. Whether it was still standing or following these destroyed buildings, their heads were jumbled with these thoughts.Still, before the concern for their base, Tejasv and Daemon were worried about their states after the prolonged battles in the dungeon and afterward. They also realized none of the locations around them were purely secure from threats. Therefore, they decided to hide somehow, at least carefully and safely enough to survive a monster's attack while they could protect themselves with minimal effor

Everyone had a hunch about the strength and brutality of those ogres. Hence, the fear of Tejasv and the Daemon was right on target. Although Tejasv said they had the skills to fight ogres, their current conditions would hold them back.Tejasv continued in his narration, "Don't worry! Even though we noticed the ogres, they were merely the lowest-ranking ones in small groups. Still, they’re out of our league in our current drained state! Let's avoid monsters whom we cannot face by ourselves for now."Catherine and Salina nodded, but Daemon, on the other hand, still had doubts creeping on his expression. They all frowned and asked him about his concerns. He snorted and said to Tejasv, "Have you noticed those monsters stepping into some buildings? None of the humans screamed or anything, why?"Tejasv nodded and rubbed his chin while pondering. He then spoke with his theory: "Actually none of the ogres stepped into the apartment where any humans still lived as if something prevented them f

Tejasv scrolled down and gazed at his profile as presented by the system, marking his various traits with some sort of screening in numbers. His eyes widened as he concentrated on the system screen.====>[profile]Name: TejasvRank: __Ph: +2Int: +1Skill: [Copy and Paste] (+1)1. [Regeneration] +12. [My Zone] 3. He checked and contemplated their usage one by one since those features may define his survival. The first one was something like "Ph" with "+2" beside it. When he couldn't figure out whatever it was, he rolled his eyes down and found "Int" and "Skill," also with some numerical positive signs beside them.At this certain moment, he realized their usage and means. He remembered the first time the system appeared when it asked everybody to select one trait to enhance throug

Tejasv then scrolled down and concentrated on the territory given by the system. He noticed some numbers that left him in a daze since it would require some brooding to understand their appearance. The system regarded Tejasv as the owner of four territories, while he had three subordinates under his command at the moment. Although three subordinates were referred to as Catherine, Daemon, and Salina, how did four territories fall under him?He then pondered something and claimed that the territories of subordinates also lie within the assets of the kings. Hence the four territories must be the apartment of the three subordinates he had.Not only that, but he also remembered the most prominent warnings of the system. The monster siege, or whatever the system called that event, warned everyone had the proportional threat of the number of territories one person may hold under him.Since Tejasv was the owner of four territories, the danger he posed also rose at that time. Although he had v
