We got to a spring, and just as Mustang was about to suggest something, a female ran out in the road.The car swerved and came to a stop, I thought Mustang would have reversed but instead he sped up.‘’What? ‘’I came here on a friendly visit, Dr. Lynn. I ran back to where Mustang was standing, his eyes were filled with so much sadness I could almost feel the raw emotions rolling off him.‘’Where is Chrisean and Mia?’’ I asked.With a heavy sigh he mustered the courage to deliver the bitter news.‘’I’m, sorry kid, I couldn’t protect them. We finally found somewhere for Mia to relive herself, Chrisean followed her to the restroom in the small gas station, while Mustang and I where on the look out with our guns at ready for any ambush.Suddenly, Chrisean and Mia came running up to us. She had a look on her face that I couldn’t read, and I thought that maybe it was a zombie or one of those men chasing after her.‘’What is it?’’ Mustang asked.‘’Nothing, I found a radio, it is working but I can hardly hear with the person is saying.’’Chrisean then pulled out a radio, the same one from in my dream but this time Chrisean was the one who found it.Mustang took the radio from her and turned the dials until we could hear the voice but there was still too much static for us to make out what was being said.Mustang nodded. ‘’I think we have intercepted some sort of signal; they are broadcasting a message.’’‘’What kind of message?’’ Chrisean asked.Mustang turned the dials, the radio crackled with static, and a female voice cut

“Well, what is an adventure without a little misfortune?’’ Chrisean laughed but I didn’t find it funny at all.We were being chased by zombies and humans alike.In a sudden and horrifying twist, the car overheated and broke down, Mustang tried to fix the engine but whatever he did made it worse, and a fire broke out. Leaving us with nothing but the clothes on our backs.Now we were stuck in a supermarket, I had a nasty cut on my leg, we didn’t know where Mustang was, Mia was crying, and Chrisean was making jokes.‘’We need to try and leave, find the others, and get the hell out of here,’’ I said.But a figure lunged at us, its undead presence catching me off guard and grabbed Chrisean and began to drag her away, normally these little shits would be biting but every zombie is different, and these ones liked to play around with their food before eating it.Chrisean let out a piercing scream, desperately calling out my name, I chased after them with an ax, but the damn thing was too fast

‘’Hey, its Jen, right?’’ I asked, walking up to the woman.When she looked up at me, her eyes were bloodshot from crying so much.‘’I am guessing you still haven’t found your daughters,’’ I said.‘’No, and I don’t know how this is possible.
