Loretta arrived from the restaurant that night, to meet her family in the sitting room with angry looks on their faces. Gary was seated across Anna on the couch wearing a vicious scowl, he kept talking and cursing at someone on the phone.

Aleena was massaging Anna's legs, and she seemed to be very vexed. Nikki was staring down at he phone and even Fedora who seldom gets involved with adults issues was wearing a scowl.

"What's wrong, Grandma?" She asked, going to grab her by the hands.

Anna's gray hair was a bit rumpled and the tired lines on her face was more prominent. And for the first time, Loretta took a closer look at her grandma.

She suddenly had a feeling that Grandma was sick.

Black bags were present under both her eyes, even though it was covered with some eye cream. It was still very much visible.
