DECIDING HER FATE

Jordan is not surprised that the young woman shifted all the blame to Layla, making herself seem so innocent. If she could put all the blame on the taxi driver, cursing and insulting him when they were in the wrong, what is a little thing like shifting blames for her? He isn't surprised at all.

The same goes for her latter statement. She thinks him so shameless and overbearing, but when Layla asked Natasha and the taxi driver to pay $200,000 just for her bumper, which they themselves destroyed, she didn't refute her. But merely stood by and watched. People like her are always so fast to look at the splinter in another's eye but not notice the beam in their own eye.

Anyways, he can't afford to waste his time with her. If he said she was going to pay the $100,000, then she was going to do so!

He suddenly exudes a menacing aura, asking aloofly, "So to be precise, you are trying to say that you are not going to pay the $100,000?"
