Adrian sat down beside Adeline and Rose who was still in a bad mood for some reason as they drove towards the hospital. Linda was also seated in the front seat and holding in her hand a piece of paper that contained a sack letter for Sandra.

Since she has seen the video she’s been fuming, as it would turn out, this girl has actually been a thorn in Adrian's side since day one and she wondered why she just wanted to ruin him. She couldn't comprehend that level of hate. And now that she can actually do something to her, she wanted to hurt her in a bad way. It was more of vengeance than justice and she wasn't afraid she felt like that.

Ever since Adrian was a boy all he wanted was for everyone to have a peaceful and happy life and for some reason everyone else he’s shown this love have only wanted him to be in pain for whatever reason, they didn't like him nor did they ever treat him with respect.

They walked down to the ward at which Sandea was and Adrian pushed open the door while the others waited outside. As he pushed the door open, he met Captain Penelope seated by the girl's bedside. She glanced at him. “What the hell are you doing here?” The woman asked. “Why would they allow an oppressor to come in an threaten the victim?” She asked and was about to scream for security when Adrian stopped her. “Please, enough. I just wanted to speak to my ex-girlfriend after her plan to frame me exploded exponentially!” He chuckled. Sandra glanced at him with a deathlike gaze. “I only came here to give you a chance. Apologize, come clean and I will make all this go away smoothly and although I don't think you would have your job anymore but you will at least be living a cool life,” he explained. “or, you can keep lying to that officer that is believing every story you cook up and I will personally see to it that you get the justice you deserve,” Adrian said. Blinks was the kind of man who knew a talent and a seal when he saw one. He always relied on his hunch and his hunch told him that Penelope was the right person for the job. He already knew how the entire issue with Adrian would go and he had been planning on getting help for a while. “I am not in the mood, so fuck off!” She yelled at him and then began to walk the other way. “I need you to help me investigate a murder and all you do is walk away?” He asked. “Maybe you are not as tough as I thought you were. You always thought you were the girl who gets the job done when everyone else is missing, but it turns out you are like everyone else, just someone who can't take a punch!” He said. “Life throws you down once and you can't get back up, cause you have to go cry to daddy first!” He screamed. She stopped midway. “Don't ever talk about my father! It was already One o’clock in the morning and he was still at work. He sighed as he continued to check out multiple transactions making sure they were all kept balanced. He was still focused when his computer beeps on something. He glanced at it and discovered that the security log had been tripped. Adrian surges awake in a white room and soon enough he discovers he was in a hospital. Everything felt fuzzy once again like he’d been smashed with a crowbar on the side of the head. He sat up from the hospital bed and he realized he really had been. Someone had infiltrated the office and wanted to get to the top of the building for whatever reason. Then he remembered that Blinks didn't chase the man down and instead came back to help him. Normally he should have gone for the most direct response which was to get the culprit, it wasn't as if he would die from one hit of a crowbar. He got down from his bed and removed the heart monitor from his chest and then checked his clothes. They were still intact although he hated how they were now and wanted to change out of them. The latter opened the door and headed outside. Just as he was walking a doctor met him on his way and stopped him. “Sir, you are not supposed to be outside, you suffered a severe concussion and you need to rest for

Blinks drove as fast as he could and it could be said at the moment that the car was flying. They were an hour out from where his mom lived as it was another city entirely. Neither of them spoke as they drove towards one of the secluded areas of the road.Due to it being a shortcut, Blinks drifted into it and they were on. However as they were moving a car suddenly jumped onto the road smashing their car as it got wrecked. The air bag popped protecting the two as the collision happened. “They are going to try and kill us,” Blinks advised and told Adrian to get off from the other side of the vehicle. The latter nodded and landed rolled out despite feeling a throbbing headache. Blinks also crawled out and just as he was out, multiple gunshots were opened on the car and bullets began to ricochet off metals. Adrian crawled forward, him and Blinks hadn't planned for this and they hadn't brought any weapon. “Well well,” one of the shooters who have come around the car smiled, looking at t

Adrian was pacing back and forth while Raymond was seated with his hands folded. Ever since Adrian got the information that Rose, his wife, had been abducted he hadn't been alright. Not being alright was an understatement because right now he was feeling crazy. It was as if something in him had been triggered and that was very much okay. This was the reaction someone who truly loved his wife was supposed to have. What other way would someone feel if his wife had been abducted to an unknown place?Currently he was seated at Blinks' place and he had made it very clear that he was going to find out the location where Rose was being held. It wasn't as if that eased Adrian's feeling of restlessness but he was reassured. At least he was going to know where Rose was being kept and rush there to save her once it got to that."Pacing like that makes me very disturbed," Raymond finally said to Adrian after watching him pace for a very long period of time. "You should ease it already. Doing that

"Come on!" Ramsey yelled as he waved his right hand and pointed towards a nearby car. "Let's go there!"The others immediately followed as more gunshots rang out and bullets wheeze through the air. Pattering sounds could be heard as the bullets crashed into the spot where they had been earlier. Several bullets even wheeze past Adrian's face. It was Blinks who pulled him on time if not he would have been already shot in the face."What's going on today?!" Adrian couldn't help but asked as he panted. He wanted to look at the people who were shooting but gunshots were coming from that direction. If he tried anything funny by looking there, his face would be decorated by bullets. It wouldn't be the best decoration anybody in his right senses would want.Rose was in the worst condition as she grabbed Adrian very tightly and buried her face into her chest as she shivered in fear. Nobody wanted to be caught in a gunfire as it was terrifying. Even soldiers at times found it terrifying."I'm g

It was simple to discover who’d caused all this commotion as they were working with three people who understood pattern recognition and that was Blinks, Penelope and Ramey. All of them had experience in dealing with criminals and catching them.Penelope had managed to take pictures of the shooters and Blinks had done the same thing back at their house. They’d sat down together to make an alignment. Well, as it would seem three of the shooters held tattoos that actually matched each other. They’d then shown the other people the tattoo and Adrian recognized it, he’d seen it on Kevin before and that was the simple way they linked them together. Adrian walked away from their midst signaling to Rose as the girl frollowed him to a secluded part of the house. “Hey you okay,” he asked as soon as they were alone. “Yep,” she nodded. “This isn't my first rodeo, trust me,” she said with a smile. “You are used to being almost blown up?” He asked. “Yes!” She chuckled. “I was kidnapped as a kid
