“You won this in a lottery?” Dean huffed, obviosuly not believing her.

Aria nodded sincerely. “Yes.”

Dean stepped forward, pointed a finger at her nose and scoffed rudely, “Stop lying. I heard the bar is only open for those who rent rooms from the fifth floor upward. You used the company’s money to rent this room, didn’t you?”

“Why would you use the company’s money to rent a penthouse? You should’ve just snuggled it out and given to me to do something worthwhile with it!” Emma didn’t stop for a second to think about it and instantly believed Dean’s words.

Aria clenched her jaw tightly and inhaled sharply, “I didn’t use the company’s money. Stop talking about the company’s money. I’ve never taken it before and I’ve never thought of taking it.”

“Leon and I had gone to the reception to complain about how dirty and dusty our room was when we met Ryan and Mia on our way back.”

Aria narrated everything to them. When she was done, Emma slapped her thighs gently and laughed heartily.
