David’s legs had begun to pace around, his body felt uneasy and his eyes were fixed on the door awaiting Allen’s arrival, his hands folded, he wasn’t sure what news Allen would bring.

“Sir, Mr Allen is here to see you,” the young woman at the door said softly “Let him in” David answered, his voice deep as he sat down. Allen walked in calmly, his face not showing any expression “Good morning Sir” he said walking to his desk and giving him a handshake.

The two men exchanged pleasantries “Please, have a seat” David said gesturing that Allen should have the seat in front of him “Thank you” Allen answered having a seat while adjusting his suit.

“Well then, to business, what is it that couldn’t wait” David asked as though he hadn’t cared for the information “I felt that I should tell you this, as you know, I’m still trying to get used to the system,” Allen said in a low tone.
