The night had fallen, the students had taken their meals and everyone had retreated to their Forts.

Some preparing to sleep, but Lance a good others weren't done for the day.

"Then I threw the fireball at it's eye and it was hurt pretty bad. And then I conjured a huge replica dinosaur like it and that seemed to confuse the creature, and that was how I managed to buy time." Lance dramatized to his large audience who were keenly listening.

Even students from upper levels, paused what they were doing once in a while to listen in on the valiant heroic story.

But Jodge wasn't in on the epic adventure, he caressed the object in his pocket, feeling along it's lines and markings as if he needed to familiarize himself with it, study it, get to know it, as it also studied him, and knew his name.
