The air in the aftermath of the destruction felt heavy charged with the residue of battle. Ethan, Aisha, and Jared stood among the smoking remains of the deactivated droids, their faces well-lit only by the occasional sparks from shattered tech and the dim emergency lights of the Tower’s lower levels.
