Farewell

From here, the faint image of a city swayed by the optical phenomenon of the hot desert. Even Ardan who was leading in the front saw him like a puddle as he narrowed his eyes. Even though the sun was almost slipping on the western horizon, the light was still bright enough to see far ahead.

"Soon we will arrive at the city of Sahuri as well as the final destination of our journey!" shouted Ardan.

Everyone was thankful that they had crossed the desert which was quite dangerous. Moreover, last night there was a battle that was enough to make some people cringe. Including children, pregnant women, and the elderly.

"Finally we have arrived, Ran," said Shukar happily.

"Yes. We'll be safe there," Ran smiled.

“What are we going to do there other than find information about Garun?” asked Shukar.

“First, we are looking for lodging. I want to take a shower and clean myself. Also, clean my clothes and robes," Ran replied.

"We haven't showered in two days?" Shukar looks on.

"Maybe two more days"
