Morning approaches, Shukar wakes up as the sun is starting to shine on his face. He hurriedly got up and washed his face in the swamp water. When the water slightly entered his mouth, Shukar immediately took it out again because it tasted salty. Even his eyes felt sore because saltwater had entered his eyes.

“I forgot the water here is salty,” Shukar muttered as he wiped his face with the cloth.

After that, he cleaned up the remains of last night's burning. Not long after, the old man came out with a piece of bread and hot tea. He sat down on a wooden bench and began to eat the bread. Shukar was silent with a wry face when it came to the old geezer who didn't say a word.

“Grandpa, you never talk to anyone else do you?” asked Shukar.

The old man did not answer. He continued to finish his bread and sipped his hot tea then was silent for a moment and before long he looked at Shukar.

"Usually people who come here are lost and want to go to the beach," replied the old man.
