Berna tried to crawl into a tree. Then he leaned his back against the tree and wrapped his legs with cloth. Ran started his journey to the west again. The border between Mondu Kingdom and Ramil is still a long way off. The path he walked was mostly meadows and he occasionally climbed hills. When night fell, Ran rested on the hill and spread out the cloth that made the mattress. Before going to bed, he read the old book for a while. At first, Ran did not understand what was written in the old book. Especially regarding symbols like magic. But the more he read it, Ran slowly understood.
