The next day after exams, felt the full weight of what she did. It seemed defeating the kedran made her many enemies for her.

She thought that the other race would be proud of someone for defeating the kadran, but she was wrong.

Apparently Daxon, as she learnt was the boy's name, vowed revenge and had marked her.

No one wanted to be seen supporting her so she was alone.

Even Master Yedder had been cold to her in the morning.

He had matched her with a strong opponent in their sparring class who promptly defended her.

“I knew it, you were just lucky yesterday, " he said to her as she layed on the ground in pain from the beatings.

Master Krim had been nice to her which she suspected was because he wasn't from kedran and secretly hated the kedrans for their dominance even though he worked for them.

After he found out her natural talent for nativation and calculation, his subject, his adoration for her increased.
