Two hours had crept by and the queue for the health inspection exercises was still long. The trainees grumbled among themselves at the nurse's slowlynesse. The people at the front who back from the inspection told their colleagues at the back that she had taken time inspecting them with a large machine. They were sure that she wasn't a nurse, they spoke of her spooky manner and behavior.

Fatima stood patiently in the queue. She was the only one standing erect, the rest of the trainees slouch in various positions angry at the long wait. Sima leaned on her, tired of standing for long.

“Are you not tired of standing still for so long?” Sima asked her surprised that she didn't show any signs of weakness.

“I'm not tired, I'm used to this kind of thing. I'm physically fit.” She replied. It was half true on her part. It was true that she was physically fit, but it wasn't why she wasn't tired. She knew it was her system; Yuki that made her strong.”
