When it came to the sensations that were emanating from his palms, Aamon was completely incapable of picking up on anything at all. There was a sense that he had lost all command of the situation.

The nerves that surround his hands will not respond to the commands that his mind provides them in order to make them move, despite the fact that he may have them physically.

If things continue as they are and the monsters continue to concentrate their attacks on Aamon, he not only runs the risk of losing this battle, but he also stands a good probability of dying as a direct consequence of it.

It is especially disturbing that the two monsters gave off the idea that they were also interested in devouring Aamon alive, especially considering the fact that he appears to be defenseless at this same moment in time.

Aamon did nothing but remain still at this time as the two monsters moved closer to him in order to face him once more. They were approaching him from a greater distance.
