“Ah, Pacholo!” Rustan greeted Joven’s father the moment he saw him entering the workshop alongside Aamon and Joven.On the other hand, Aamon was somewhat taken aback when he realized that the Rustan they were referring to was actually someone of the same age as both Joven and himself. An unexpected burst of laughter came from Rustan. “Are you seriously under the impression that I am a mage simply because I am able to hold your sword?” Following that, he inquired with a tone that was tinged with sarcasm.Eventually, Aamon, who was becoming even more skeptical, responded with the question, "Why? Doesn’t that seem to be the way it should be? After what seemed to be an unexpected end of conversation with Rustan, Aamon and the others went back home to Joven’s home.Night crawls soon enough and the whole village seemed to be consumed by the calm silence of the folksmen soundly asleep in their respective abode.Meanwhile, Aamon was still up and fully awake thinking about what Rustan told him earlier today. It caused him to feel that way knowing that he was perplexed whether Rustan could be trying to deceive him by luring him in a trap.However, if that were the case, Joven would simply intercept and alarm Aamon about it. THE FOLLOWING DAY.The horns consecutively echoed back and forth across the region of Jakal. It was too loud, particularly within Joven’s small town. "I can guarantee that Rustan did not have any interest in acquiring power. Therefore, I would ask that you refrain from saying that he is a disreputable individual because he is not. In order for you to accuse Rustan of such a thing, you almost don't know him at all. Joven promptly said as though what he heard from Aamon was not really sitting well with him.Despite the fact that he was on the edge of bursting out to defend Rustan against Aamon's vicious charge, Joven gave some attention to the fact that Aamon was also a friend of his, which is why he simply could not just leap to conclusions and start a disagreement with Aamon in the end.This time around, it appeared as though Joven's remarks had finally made their way to reach Aamon. The moment Aamon saw Joven's expression, which suggested that he was merely attempting to suppress his annoyance, he made the decision to simply stop."I'm afraid I may have crossed the line there," the speaker said.
