LEARNT THE HARD WAY

Seth was made to stay in that humungous mansion for protection, but he did have a whole lot of company. His favorite was Crystal, she was brilliant, beautiful and all a man could ever ask for. Crystal was brought to the empire to satisfy Seth with what so ever pleasure he desired, and also keep him company.

Crystal woke up and began to sing while doing her duty, she had the most amazing voice, amplified with the sensation of a thousand sopranos in one person, thrilled with beauty as every thing that walked out of her voice tube was nothing but amazing, like sounds of flutes, whistling in the deep of the sea, let’s just cut it here and say, she had the most amazing voice anyone could ever hear.

“So, you sing,” Seth said, folding his hands while leaning on the door post, watching her do her chores and sing as well, and she immediately flinched, not knowing that Seth was behind her.

“My lord, I am sorry if I woke you up, I’ll stop singing immediately,” Crystal replied in a tensed demeanor, thinking Seth was angry at her.

“You can call me Seth, and no, I love your voice, in fact, you should sing more,” Seth added in a humble tone, employing a smile on his face.

“Emmm!!! Ok, if that pleases Lord Seth,” She replied.

“No just say Seth, I am not into all this lord stuff ok,” Seth replied.

“But it will be disrespectful to call you such my Lord, I’ve been trained to serve you in a good manner, calling you by your name will be disrespectful,” She replied, bowing her head down, not able to look unto the face of Seth.

Seth was taken aback by such great respect, all his life, he had never seen someone so respectful and humble, he began to recall Rose, but all that was in his mind was that this lady was the far opposite of Rose. He began to ponder within himself, “You know what, I could use this lady to teach Rose a lesson,” He thought.

“Ok then, here is the thing, I want to make you a star, I want to make you known across the country. You have a voice that needs to be heard out there, not people like Rose Elanor, Gilbert White, Mack Tennison, Esther Shawn, and the rest of them, I mean you have a voice, and trust me, I’ll make you a goddess, adored by the entire world,” Seth promised.

“My lord, isn’t that to much for me to handle, I am satisfied with serving you by your bed, all day and night, that is my job,” Crystal said.

“Nonsense, if I let such a talent stick only to my room, I will be subjected to being stingy, trust me, I will make you a star, go out there, call me Reigns, we need to begin.”

Seth walked away.

Reigns was told to look out for one of the biggest producers in the world, one who would take Crystal to the next level immediately. The man was paid a billion dollars to make sure that in less than a month, Crystal would be one of the biggest stars ever known. Seth wanted to use this to bring down the career of Rose Elanor, the woman who put him behind bars after all that he did to make her who she is.

Crystal recorded her first song, and in a month, it was released to the world. The song was titled, “Loving you,” by Crystal Salvador. It went a long way all because it was produced by one of the greatest producers to ever walk on the face of the earth.

Few months later, the song became one of the biggest songs in the world, it was now ranked in number 1 one world’s top ten hit songs, and also won an award for authenticity. The lyrics were pure and sent a message about love, care, and finding the right person to give your heart to.

Everyone began to love Crystal, putting Rose in the corner, and taking her completely down the rank. They all forgot about Rose and this made her furious. Rose was invited for the biggest talk show in the world, but since they found a new goddess named Crystal Salvador, they cancelled the talk show and invited Crystal instead.

“Clad, what the hell is going on, how can that little brat that accidentally got a spotlight, be above me in such a short span of time, I am meant to have that spotlight and not her, I am meant to be sitting in that talk show and not that bitch, how can she just come in and swipe every dam thing I have worked for? How preposterous?” Rose slammed, gallivanting around the living room with fire sparking within her eyes. She had almost taken a full bottle of alcohol.

“Rose you need to calm down, it’s something we could solve easily,” Clad added.

“How?” She yelled right to face of Clad.

“You could give her a feature, biggest star in the planet features Crystal Salvador the newbie, that could spark the headlines, I mean look at this your people still love you and if you do it this way and stop ranting, they would love you more,” Clad replied.

“But that will give her more fame, if I feature her in a song, she could earn my fans, and I don’t want that,” Rose replied, still gallivanting.

“Look Rose, listen to me, if you feature this lady, you could use her fame to enlarge your coast, she has become a star, and she has taken you down to rank six Elanor, if you keep ranting, you would lose it all, who knows, she might be thinking of releasing a new song, and if she does it without you, it’s over, everything will come crashing down. Do what I am asking you to do, and watch everyone think that she rose to the top because of you.”

“Well if you put it that way, no problem,” Rose replied.

Few moments later, the internet was thrilled with congratulation messages from Rose Elanor to Crystal Salvador, she also called her out for a feature. All their fans were thrilled and getting ready for a hit song, some were against it though.

Musical shows and different podcast began to talk about this feature as everyone loved the idea so much, musical experts said it would be the biggest feature in the world, a rapper and a hip artist in a song was bound to shake the earth, due to the fact that Rose and Crystal were really good musicians. In deed it was an honor for such a big star like Rose to ask for a feature from Crystal who just became big a few months ago. But one thing kept bothering everyone, why is Crystal yet to accept the feature?

“Reject her proposal, she is only trying to use you to get back her fame. She has lost a lot of her fans to you, and she want’s you to help her get them back, reject her proposal.” Seth said to Crystal.

“Yes my lord, but I have a question, won’t that make people hate me, I mean she is Elanor, the world still love her, they only came to me because they found something new, if I don’t accept her proposal, they will think I am proud,” Crystal replied.

“Do as I have asked you to do, and trust the result my dear. I always have a plan,” Seth replied.

After a few days, Crystal finally replied to Rose. But the reply was quite arrogant, she simply said, “NO!!!” with nothing attached to it.

Everyone felt disappointed and began to question her, but she replied.

“A few years back, I was in a show where Rose presented, then I was a big fan and wanted to meet her one on one, like just one quick moment of fame with her, even if it was just a second, but instead, she didn’t even want to see my face, some of her friends insulted and threw me embarrassed me, saying that I was nothing but rag to Rose, and I was never fit to even carry her shows. They insulted and embarrassed me, saying I am not in their level, or even the one below them. I was so heartbroken.”

This tweet went viral, and everyone frowned at it, they began to hate Rose. Rose had a hundred million followers, but it immediately went down to twenty million in a week. No one wanted anything to do with Rose any longer.

“Clad, even you,” Rose said.

“I am sorry Rose, but I can’t keep dealing with a loser, that’s what you are, a big loser, no one loves you anymore, so I suggest that you should quit hip-hop, and get out of everyone’s face please. See you,” Clad bombarded her and left immediately, leaving Rose on the ground in tears.
