Inside the restaurant

"It's not fake! I wouldn't expect you to know the difference between a real and a fake necklace. Your opinion doesn't matter, brother Ansel." Layla said with a flared nostril.

She hadn't expected Ansel to pick up on it. Layla thought that it must be a coincidence but she wouldn't let him disgrace her in the presence of her new friends and so she gave him a challenging look.

"Brother Ansel, Layla is from one of the richest families in the city. She can't be wearing a fake necklace." Mira stepped in to defend Layla.

"It looks fake" Ansel just said plainly, he wasn't in the mood to argue words with them and so he started walking.

Layla felt like she had been insulted and tried to meet up with his pace.

"Brother Ansel, you must be mistaken, my necklace cost nothing less than a million dollars."

Seeing her refusal to accept the truth, Ansel decided that he wouldn't say any more words.

The group then walked into the restaurant.

"Girls, you can order anything you want, I will pay the bill."
