Grandfather Kian spat again, his eyes blazing with fury.

"Go on! Ansel saved my life. You owe him gratitude and respect, regardless of what you think of him."

Chris balled his fist, he seethed with anger.

How could he of all people apologize to Ansel? Grandfather even wanted him to give gratitude.

"Grandfather, yes he saved you, we know that but...Just take a good look at him, he...he doesn't have_"

"What do you mean 'he doesn't have...'?" Grandfather Kian roared, his fury rising with every second that passed.

Thora sensed the tension in the room and knew that it was time to intervene before things escalated further.

"Grandfather," Thora began, her voice laced with concern. "Please, keep your voice down. I don't want you to worsen your condition." She turned her focus to Chris, her eyes blazing with an intensity that could rival her grandfather's. "Everyone here witnessed what Ansel did for our grandfather. He saved him, and yet you wanted to hit him? How dare you? Have you no shame?
