Unexpected Encounter

The man was popularly known as Henry, he had a pair of glasses on and seemed to be interested in what Ansel was reading.

Henry slid into the chair beside Ansel, his eyes fixed on the book in Ansel's hands.

His fingers swiftly darted into his pocket and emerged with a small, glowing orb. He placed it on the table between them, and Ansel's eyes widened in confusion.

Henry smiled as he leaned in to whisper,

"The orb is for secrecy. Some people might want to eavesdrop on our conversation but this orb will help to keep our conversation discreet."

Ansel's gaze narrowed, his eyes locked on Henry's face. “Why are you here?” he asked, his voice low. “And who are you, exactly?”

Henry's chuckle sounded a bit forced, his eyes darting around Ansel's mask as he tried his best to see Ansel's face. 'I'm Henry,' he said, his voice tinged with a hint of nervousness. 'A... friend, of sorts. I've been looking for someone with your particular interests.”
