Raziel touched the hilt of his sword, and a loud scream echoed through the gigantic hall.
All demons and angels came to a halt after hearing the sound, and stood there, hands ready to get their weapons or release their focused power, but not moving a single inch beyond that.
Raziel’s sword, Adversary’s Bane, had an essence on its own. Only allowing Raziel specifically to carry her around, and everyone that stood against him was dreadfully shredded by its blade. It was beautifully proved when he left the unaccountable battles of the great civil war without a single scratch.
Everyone who heard the shriek of his sword, knew it only meant death and destruction.
But Michael chose to dare, and unsheathed his own s

Grace and Becca’s plane trip lasted a few hours, but it was a comfortable time, since Grace convinced, somehow, the ticket booth to give them a first class VIP pass. Becca wanted to complain about it, because they were in the Haled, which meant following the rules of the Haled. But she did kill a person and was of course a runaway from Eden, so what could she even complain about?‘Well, shit...’ She thought to herself at the ticket booth. They left the airport and crossed a few streets towards the town’s border, giving no time for breaks or snacks.“It’s a matter of life and death that you learn the proper use of the Page you carry. Also, you’ll find every second you spend from there to here with no food, absolutely worth it, once we get to the church. Priest Baatar’s food is almost in pair with yours, girl!” Grace said when Becca asked her if they’d be stopping for a break any time
“Dad...?” Mathew asked, looking startled. The young woman kept whining on the floor, but the young man paid no attention to her anymore. She couldn’t move anyways.“She’s not the one you’re looking for, son...” Jeremy’s ghost said, looking sad and disappointed. But was it really his dad’s ghost? He didn’t look dead, nor translucent. He looked nothing like a ghost was supposed to look like.“What... What do you mean? Why’re you here?” The young man asked, looking even more lost.“She has a...” Jeremy’s ghost was about to say, but Mathew interrupted him. When Becca heard the name ‘Elohim’, she had the feeling that one of the symbols on the roof shone a bit more brightly, as if standing out from the others up there in the ceiling, and it gave her the strange feeling of being watched by someone familiar to her. But whom? However, the feeling only lasted a moment, and right after that, the priest quickly rose from his previous position, once more facing his enemies. It seemed as if she was the only one to have felt that, and her enemies were looking viciously towards her, so it wasn’t time for any kind of contemplation. Her enemies were right in front of her, and she wasn’t willing to leave her mom and the source of all answers she needed behind.“You won’t lay a single finger on...” Baatar started, but Becca cut him mid-sentenARC: Seeds of Calamity CHAPTER OF THE PAGES - XVIII - Wrong side of Heaven, Righteous side of Hell (Eleven)
“So you’re the famous Donnovan...” Elleanor asked. A fresh, polite smile on her lips.It was morning, so she had a mug full of coffee in her hands, while Donnovan carried a cream filled bagel, and Bertrand had his usual.Instant noodles.“Who eats noodles for breakfast, man?” Donn asked in a scolding tone.“I do, now leave my noodles alone. They didn’t do a single thing to you.” Bertrand retorted, and so they kept having small talk on their way to his first session with Grace’s therapist. A woman called Elleanor.“I don’t mean to be intrusive, but don&rsquo
Camael walked around the streets, his thoughts floating through time and history. His eyes were old as time itself, since he was born as one of the first archangels. The battle against Tehom left him with a lot of scars, not only in his body, but in his mind and heart. The archangel spent his whole existence exiled from Eden, wandering among the humans from the Haled. After the great civil war, he absconded from both sides, because he absolutely refused to bear arms against his fellow brothers and sisters. That decision ended in his exile from the Heavens, which made Camael stick to his avatar, learning everything he could from humans, from their culture, growth and evolving, to even faith and how it moved them.Camael lived among humans ever since the ancient times of the majestic city of Enoch, and there he learned how to live a life as a human, but not before being idolised by Enoch’s people, and even king Enoch himself.

“You can tell me anything that unsettles you,” Elleanore said “or you can tell me your story. Whatever the case may be, the goal here is to reveal traumas, disturbances, anything that might be or become a hindrance to your life, or just to any aspect of your routine.” Bertrand tried to hide his emotions and act as if everything was okay, but her voice had such an effect on him, that he for once didn’t look away. He forced himself to keep eye contact, and spoke his heart out. “I’m wanted for alleged murder...” Elleanore widened her eyes. ‘I knew it!’ The therapist exclaimed to herself, without being able to contain her own surprise. Uriel watched Mathew in the distance, her thoughts floating away with the cold wind blowing in the night. Was Azazel actually telling the truth when he told her all that? Was her mind really confused because of the experiments Metatron did on her? How many of her clones were out there then? It was so much information, so much confusing thoughts in her head, so much conflict. Was Metatron really the Evil that she had to fight against this whole time? The more she thought, the more confused she became, and the migraine only grew worse and worse. It felt as if her mind was blocking something, keeping her from remembering something, and it made her feel frustrated. Because she was Uriel, one of the most loyal archangels in EARC: Seeds of Calamity CHAPTER OF THE PAGES - XXI - Build God, then we’ll talk (Two)
