Armand broke the tension, his voice steady and calm. "The company had been allocating sufficient funds to purchase building materials from UBL, but the person in charge of procurement had opted for Greens LTD instead. As some of you may know, Greens LTD is notorious for selling substandard materials. This reckless decision led to the building's collapse."
