Axel was scoffed at because he looked so unkempt and scraggy. It was supposed to be Gertrude's history class and everyone was in anticipation of his arrival.
He frowned deeply and inwardly where he sat. His best pals weren't present in class because of an impromptu group meeting outside history they had to attend and they took excuses. He would have had someone to talk to, to feel less bad. His palms pressed hard against his chest as he wished that the cacophony and fracas could end in a second. The jest made lumps grow in his throat which made him feel uncomfortable. It got to a time when his cheek burned in anger when he couldn't take it anymore and bobbed his eyes shut. Hayden and Ryan alongside the hardy Boyz stormed into the class. Axel's eyes twitched because he felt bad. The corner of his lips fell towards the floor. He was prudent enough to hide such emotions. Even though he was the emotional type, he was very confident in himself that he would be able to get over her at the end of the day, if he gave himself time. Hayden waggled towards him with Ryan's and the entire hardy Boyz and Axel was flustered because he thought that the deal about two months suspension would suppress his bullying attitude. "Hey, you bonehead!" Hayden started at first and Axel who was unfazed had a sly grin at the corner of his mouth and smiled wryly. "You dingbat!" Axel retorted succinctly and there was silence and some scoffed at the fact that Axel's insult was more intense. "You know you are now a famous thief in the college!" Hayden exposed a sinister glint in his eyes. "Of course not, I didn't steal anything and you were the one that accused me that I stole the letter that was given to me to clear me to finally return to the school," Axel growled. "No, that's not the case, because that's not what I'm talking about but my gold wristwatch that was stolen," Hayden said. "What!" Axel recoiled in shock as emotions churned up in his chest. He was aghast at what he had been accused of. From one case to another, their vying relationship never ceases to end or take a break. "Of course," Hayden said as he sat abreast of Axel at one of the desks by his side. "Thank goodness I left you, if not I would be labelled as the girlfriend of a thief," Ryan rumbled. Those cruel words bubbled tempestuously in Axel's heart as he mulled over. He clenched his fist and gritted his teeth as his blood boiled in anger. He knew he had to compose himself if he was just about to be set up by Hayden. "I didn't steal anything. You are just trying to set me up because of what happened, so you can blame me all you want," Axel barked callously. He was already pissed up by Hayden's unscrupulous acts and knew that he had to do something about it. He knew he had to defend himself against such allegations against him. Axel remembered that there was supposed to be a fresher party that evening. "I would prove to you that I didn't steal your wristwatch at the fresher party today," Axel said succinctly. "Alright, I would be waiting. But guess what, if you are wrong, you would kiss my foot and if not I would kiss yours," Hayden chuckled sadly. Axel knew he was in for it and he had a plan to have it executed which was to simply prove himself innocent of all allegations against him. "Alright, I accept," Axel stiffened, determined to take Hayden by his deal.Gertrude waggled into the classroom with a scowl on his face. He knew that Hayden and his pals were up to some unscrupulous acts again which he strongly detests. His presence caused the cacophony to halt succinctly. He honed in towards Hayden with his intense eyes as the whole class got ready for the lecture. Drew, Quinn and Charmaine returned and waltzed into the class from the meeting they had in the group. Hayden's lips stuck out playfully because he knew the mischief he had created. Gertrude seethed through clenched teeth and hissed with disgust as he flipped open his textbook to start with the class. His tone was laced with coldness as he skimmed through on revision of what they did in the last class. When he was done with the class, he waltzed out in a caveating manner to Hayden and the rest of the hardy Boyz... Axel was gleeful to return home, then towards the hospital to inform his foster mom about everything that had happened. Oaklynn growled with exasperation after A
Charmaine lips quivered and she had no choice but to stutter with her words. "What's that..." She shuddered. Her stomach flipped and her eyes became more flickering as she blushed. "I think I do care about you more than a friend. I do like you, and I want us to be more intimate than we have already been," Axel pronounced making her feel a thrill in her heart as he shot a piercing gaze at Charmaine which made her jaw drop. "Ooh, okay," Charmaine said and they stopped dancing and she shot a desiring look at Axel also. She knew that Axel had a sparkle in his eyes that intrigued her. "I do like and care about you also at first, but I wasn't sure you were ready for a relationship and that's why I didn't bother telling you," Charmaine summoned boldness to express her feelings effusively. "Wow?" Axel stuttered, his tone laced with astonishment and his ears perked up in delight. "Yes," Charmane replied gazing deeply into Axel's eyes and Axel, like a love predator before his prey gave he
"Who would dare suspend you?!" A wave of fury rippled through Elias as he clenched his fist in rage. "Principal Oberon of course! Dad and I do not understand what's going on," Hayden croaked out bitterly. "Then it must be a misunderstanding. Just one phone call and everything would be in order," Elias rumbled, perturbed at what he was being told. "I just hope, because I am just wondering why that puny little turd of a young man, Axel who was a new student would be favoured over me in a case," Hayden grimaced as he exited to his room. Elias's wife, Rita came in afterwards from the kitchen in a concerned mood. "I heard Hayden's voice. Don't tell me he is at it again, him and his unscrupulous acts once again?" Rita let out a low puff. "Come on, shouldn't Hayden be given the regard he deserves as being our son? Now that good-for-nothing, Principal Oberon is threatening to suspend him," Elias yipped under his lungs. "All am saying is you shouldn't support him yet when you haven't hea
Charmaine felt her stomach clenched at the presence of Ryan and pondered about the main reason why she wanted to see her. "Wouldn't you speak? Or weren't you the one who wanted to see me?" Charmaine said impatiently. "Hmm, I can see that you and Axel are finally a thing. I knew it was right to suspect that you both had something for each other even right while we were still dating," Ryan croaked out with her hands around her waist. Charmaine was startled and shot up from the chair in astonishment. "You are so delusional to believe that Axel would cheat on you. Even if we had some sort of feelings for each other while you both dated, it still didn't change the fact that you cheated first simply because of money," Charmane yipped. Ryan let out painful laughter and massaged her temples to tame her temper for the time being. "Yes, isn't that true? You think I don't know that even though I and Axel are now a couple, you still have feelings for Axel, but you quickly changed to date Hay
A tug of relief etched in Elias's heart as he sat on one of the lounges and balanced himself to speak. "Son, there is no need to worry, because you won't be suspended anymore," Elias rasped and coughed slightly. "Honestly, am supposed to be excited about this, but still I can only help but be relieved because that idiot, Axel still walks as if he owns the school," Hayden scowled. "Come on son, after all, you are still in the school, so there is absolutely nothing you should worry about," Elias let out a low puff. "Hmm, this is interesting. So in other words, Hayden was guilty but got off from this and wasn't suspended?" Rita said as she waltzed into their presence in curiosity. "Come on Mom, you can't possibly be taking the side of someone you haven't even yet seen," Hayden snapped. "I know you, son," Rita retorted and faced Elias. "Dear, don't you think we need to have a talk with our son about these unscrupulous acts of his at school? I mean everyone knows how big of a bully he
Oaklynn was flustered as her eyes popped open almost from her socket she sat startled about what she heard while Axel blushed where he stood. "Come on Axel, why am I just hearing about this?" Oaklynn shrugged jokingly. "Mom, you were just recovering. I was waiting for the right moment to tell you. Didn't consider to tell you immediately," Axel guiltily stroked his chin. "Ooh really? That's not an excuse, I mean, just look how I missed out on important stuff that happened," Oaklynn said and chuckled softly and Ottiline joined her. "Of course, I get the feeling, but trust me, my grandson, your son meant well," Ottiline said afterwards. "Alright then, if that's the case. I'm just startled that Charmaine has been your good friend and no one ever knew she would end up being the one for you," Oaklynn felt flustered since she wasn't expecting it. "I mean it wasn't obvious then that feelings were between the two of you, but no wonder it was like you were inseparable and she was the cling
Axel Dankworth waltzed elatedly towards Duncan Hillside High School for studies in search of Ryan Flannery his girlfriend. He glanced at his wristwatch succinctly and was filled with euphoria about the fact that it was 7: a.m. and that he was prompt for school duties. It was accustomed for class to commence at 8:am but it would be prudent for one to appear at 7:am in school to get set for the day. He was amongst those that agreed to do this and it was counted unto him for his slight smugness. He bounced towards the school walkway briskly and then moved towards his locker to place his bag thereafter unlocking it with his key. He scrutinized the whole area in search of Ryan because he knew he wanted to see her. They had both planned that they would meet at this particular time and space and he was flustered as to why he didn't see her. He cupped his cheek as he glanced once more time and it was the same results. "Hey Axel," Some students passing by greeted him succinctly and amic
Axel tried to act surreptitiously about his current grave peril when he packed his bags. Normally it would be grotesque for a student to return home after coming early as he did, but it was his irrefutable condition. "Hey, Axel! What's wrong? Hope you are good?" Drew McConnell passed by and gazed at Axel packing all his loads and was bewildered. "Yeah, I'm good. I will chat with you about it later when I get home," Axel replied and resumed packing his loads unperturbed. Drew felt a tad culpable about the fact he had to evade the scene with the others when the Hardy Boys got there. "I'm sorry I evaded when the Hardy Boyz were present," Drew implored apologetically even though he knew that most of Axel's friends did the same. "Ooh, you mean those Nordic Shit-wits. It's nothing, you did the right thing," While Axel waggled to the exit of the school with his bag, he glanced at the Hardy Boyz all sneering at him. He knew they must have caught wind of what must have happened. He bo
