CHAPTER 60

I fell to the ground for the umpteenth time, groaning in pain as blood oozed out of my nose.

He was much stronger than he looked.

Maybe it was because his Special ability was invincibility but I had underestimated Langrid a great deal.

His Speed was on Whirl level, he was almost as strong as Aki and with his assassin Level of Stealth, I never saw his attacks coming.

Even when I tried to listen to his footsteps and try to get him through that, I always failed.

He moved like a shadow; couldn't be seen, couldn't be heard.

While I nurses my broken nose, he undid his Stealth in front of me.

He had punched my nose severally, I was damn sure it was merely hanging off my face right now.

He never gave me time to heal. While I was still healing, he always attacked me.

"I'm not going to hold back on you, Kastian." He said.

I appreciated his decision not to hold back on me but I pitied myself for the series of beatings I was going to get just from fighting him.
