Camberwell

Flashback: "This the Island of Camberwell." The Ship Captain announced happily despite the grey clouds suggesting it would rain. The island seemed to have a jungle. He seesld't sees past the thick tree line. He got off the boat and stepped onto the dock. He couldn't tell how large the island was or how big the jungle was. He could tell it was 50 times smaller than his home island but still bigger than Acnefera. He breathed in and out.

It started to rain but he wasn't concerned in the slightest. He started to trek through the large jungle. He saw spiders, snakes, and exotic creatures. The jungle seemed to be endless. He kept going. He walked through the jungle until he decided to start running at the rate of 12 meters a second. After 3 minutes he finally found some houses with "villagers" that seemed to just stare.

He turned his head around this just seemed to be a village as he looked around. The villagers looked at his strange mask and cloak from their houses. The children played around the dirt path that could fit two houses in between. He just started to walk and he looked for somewhere. They just watched him go up and down the street.

He turned to his left to see a woman with a large sun hat and a red dress. He would approach the women and start to speak, "Hello, miss, is there a hotel around here?" The woman shook her head. Then she spoke, "No but I have a house near the woods. If you want, you can stay there for as long as you need. No one here is that hospitable, especially to strangers in weird clothes."

The woman started to walk and Dante asked, "What should I call you?" He inquired about the woman who conveniently showed up. "Amila." She blurted out they walked up to the woods and it was silent. They finally reached the house but it was more like a cabin. She opened the wooden door and they walked in. She told him to make himself comfortable but he only sat down.

"Why don't you take off that gas mask?" He sighed and denied her immediately, "Why not?" Dante sighed before giving a response, "Because it hides my ugly face and it looks good?" The woman laughed, "Oh, it can't be that bad." She took off his gas mask to see his partially existent eyes and burn skin. She didn't gag or make a weird face. "How did you get those, boy?"

He sighed and started to explain his tragic school life. "I was a warrior that carried out my commanding officer's will. I was branded a terrorist and I lost for the third time ever. My company was sent on my mission by my brother where they betrayed me and set me alight and tried to kill me. I survived and that is why I wear the cloak with the mask." She seemed to be more fascinated with his story. He sighed, "I want to crush them though. Traitors have no place in the world."
