Chapter nineteen

After I showered and brushed, I headed for Julianne's house.

The last time we met, was in this city, in the then-famous eatery, "cruise la faire." It was there she had broken the news to me, that she was pregnant.

Her house was a block away from the eatery, we met there just once. When she wanted to introduce me to her parents. I could find my way to the house, though it's been over thirty years since we visited that place. Since that day, I had been in their neighborhood a few times, but never in that house. I wanted to speak with my ex, but I didn't know where she was lying. I had no choice but to go back to their home.
