Once he was done with his assignment at the school library, Aiden stood up and headed for home. It was already quite late and he was also exhausted.

He used the Uber app on his phone this time and ordered a ride home. It came within a few minutes, and he smiled as he got into the car.

Usually, when he went out, he would walk or use a taxi. He never had enough money to pay for an Uber, but it was enough reason to be grateful that he could comfortably afford one.

When he got to the apartment, he had a quick shower. He was still very full from the meal at the restaurant, so he did not bother about dinner.

As he headed for his bedroom, he looked in the direction of Lena's room. There was a bright light streaming from below the door, and there was also soft music coming from the room.

He smiled and shook his head as he headed to his bedroom. He knew that she was probably busy with her influencing job again, and he did not want to disturb her.
