The party was finally over, Natasha held onto Elvis tightly, as they approached their car, the driver had already begun the engine, with Sonia seated behind the car, Natasha glanced at her wanting to say something but kept quiet instead,

“Can we go already? This place is sickening” she said, just when they were about to get in when they heard Dennis' voice from afar, beckoning unto them.

“What does he want again?” Natasha thought deeply.

As he approached them, his usual demeanor was immediately switched to a forced smile, walking over them,

“It's great we made it to the evening without any mishaps” he said,

“Why? Were you expecting any mishap to happen?” Natasha murmured to herself but Dennis definitely heard her.

A short silenced kicked in for seconds before Elvis broke it off,

“I'm glad we were able to,” he said , getting a bit awkward with the moment. He was cautious enough to study Dennis who had been overly friendly these days.
