Marissa felt guilty. If there was anything, she trusted that Elvis legally owned it, even though she didn't know how that was possible.

She just thrust her guts.

If she had not brought him to the party in the first place, all of these would not have happened.

And to even think that he had refused to come at the first instance and she had to threaten him made her feel guilty even more.

With a sip of air, she finally stepped forward, making the attention of everyone to be now focused on her.

"Miss. Helena, please don't do that." She pleaded.

Her eyes were watery and even Mrs. Helena could feel the pain rising through his chest but there was nothing that she could do about it.

If not, she was only going to damage her public image. Her husband was going to be contesting for the post of mayor soon, and holding such a position was going to be a big blow if their opposition had a way of finding out about the incident.

There was something that she could not afford.
