Cain was now on the ground; eyes widen as their body crumbles away with a reflector seen activated on their chest.

They look up and flinch as Hana, Rana and Camie despite being all injured in different places with varying severity, stand around him with the familiar amprade glowing under their skin and their eyes.

“How is this possible?” Cain grumbled.

“Boosted or not, you were still only capable of using two gears simultaneously. With three seeming to be your limit if you push yourself hard enough." Rana said.

"But there’s only so many combinations that could work and I’ve fought a monster that could use dozens of different gears simultaneously. Compared to Zero, you’re nothing.” Hana added with a cold tone in her voice.

“No.” Cain mumbled with tears in their eyes as they raise an arm to them. “Help… Gil… Mum…” Cain arm finally crumbles away into nothing… followed by the rest of their body.
