Stella sighed heavily crossing her arms. Before her was a gigantic three-story building duplex. She clicked her tongue and shook her head, wondering if the building would be “perfect” to do what she wanted to do and generate quick income.

“Ma’am, how do you see the place?” The agent who has been standing beside her questioned politely.

“Not bad.” She shrugged. “Close to the road and already well furnished, but it looks small.” She added.

“Right? The owner wanted to construct a guest house out of it until he had an emergency that left him desperate for funds.” The agent began. “But this is the only building you can get for the price you are offering and in the same street with the trending hospitals.” That same street had Rich Hospital and farther was Mandela’s hospital, the agent explained to her meticulously giving her every reason to grab the opportunity.

“Well, it’s alright. I will buy it.” She said and the agent smiled.

“$11 Million as it is, ma’am.” The agent said.
