“I have done almost everything you asked of me, what about our bargain?” Madam Harriet asked, crossing her leg to the other as she stared seriously at the man sitting in front of her.

He was no other than Don Maximo, a rich old man who was famous for all sorts of illegal acts. He was used by top men to work undercover and his wealth grew by the day.

He laughed in bits as he drank from the glass. “Why are you impatient, lady? I will do everything as promised.” He assured her with a short chuckle.

“That’s good.” She paused. “But - - what will happen to him from now on?” She asked him, trying to hide her curiosity but he roared into a loud annoying laughter.

She wouldn't be with him if not for her own benefit, even from a distance he disgusted her big time. But what can she do?

“That’s none of your business, lady.” He shushed her coldly. “Just enjoy your new found wealth.” He laughed again as he advanced to start eating, she joined in his boring laughter.
