Chapter Two Hundred & Forty-Nine

Jamal was in his office when Paula came into his office. Her face held no smiles. He was loving how everything was pissing her off.

“ I am going to the press, you want to pay me for just a year?”

Jamal did not say a word to her, his attention was on his laptop. She kept on talking about how the pay was little and the time duration as well.

“ Do you realize you carried that pregnancy for nine months? I am being generous to you if you are not aware of that fact, if you wish to go to the press, do whatever you want and face whatever you bring on yourself” he was upset at this point. He picked up the telephone and called the security.

“ Can you two come to my office right now, there is someone here troubling me” he said and dropped the telephone.

“ I am troubling you? If that is the case, meet your downfall soon, Mr. Jamal” She left the office before the security men got in.

Jamal called his lawyer and explained things to him. He told his lawyer about Paula's threat. His lawyer told
