As Miller and the chief healer contemplated over the situation, Olivia looked surprised and happy to see the three kids.
She came forward and started observing them with eyes full of curiosity and sparkle. Seeing how eager she was while observing them, Ian gave them the signal to approach Olivia.
Canis, who was lazily resting in Ian's arm, raised his head and looked back towards Olivia after receiving Ian's signal. Although he was the least active and calmest member of the trio, he was also the one with the most maturity.
"You can touch them."
As Canis offered his head forward, Ian gave Olivia the signal she was waiting for. As she saw how Canis closed his eyes, she couldn't help but place her hands on his head.
