"Then! Let's go!"

The King and his guards, followed by Ian and his kids, left the mansion and rode a carriage to the Royal palace. It wasn't too grand or majestic like the one Ian had been to before.

But it did have a unique charm to it, being decorated by various wolf statues and sculptures. The flower garden also looked more gorgeous for some reason.

'Is it because it's within the mountain?'

Ian started thinking about weird formulas and hypothesis inside his mind as they walked through the Royal road and reached the palace.

"They're kept in the underground room because the healer told us to keep him away from any type of mana disturbance."

The King explained as he entered the mansion. The knights standing on the gate and throughout the hallway all bowed and paid their respect as Rick walked passed them. None of them looked like they held any negative feelings towards him.
