Nick got to Byford's bar before Brad. He was seated in the bar for about ten minutes. A few minutes later the men started trooping in.

There were about two dozen of them and they all held weapons; axs, guns, knives,.. name it, they had everything with them. Even without the weapons that would scare anyone away, their appearance and look were enough to scare anyone off their pants.
