Chapter 30. Revenge

Even though I tried my best. There was no beating the flames that had engulfed the entire house. Even the many explosions that appeared threw debris. The blue clouds turned pitch black. The morning that should have been bright turned into sorrow.

When he arrived at the actual place Robert wanted to enter there. But he was stopped by the guards.

"Sir, it's very dangerous! Don't go there!" They said holding Robert away. Although Robert tried to rebel to get away. Trying to let go until he fell on the road.

"Fool! But my father is inside, how can I just stand there without doing anything?"

Robert swore as he sobbed over the flames. Unable to imagine how hot the embers might have burned away his father's wrinkled skin.

"Uncle... there's nothing we can do anymore... Grandpa is gone."

Alisya hugged Robert. Her heart was also broken but she could not save her grandfather but tried to stay strong. They hugged each other and forced themselves to wait until the fire department arrived.
