Tornado quickly controlled the air currents around him and used it to stop himself from going any further backwards, then he controlled the air currents around him once again to make himself fly.Flying slowly towards Anon, Tornado created a ball of air around Anon, and removed all the air in the ball, so Anon would not be able to breathe.
