Memphis introduced the four individuals to Wallflower:

Lionel assessed the four people briefly, then reiterated the team rules, along with the contribution system he had spent all night developing.

Memphis wasn't entirely sure how these contributions would be calculated, but he was certain Lionel wouldn't dare to mess around.
