The usual composition of Bee University's Panel consists of four members: the Chancellor serving as the judge, the Vice-chancellor in the absence of the Chancellor, and four additional department directors acting as the jurors.

"What's happening?" The director of the Art department suddenly asked quietly, his mouth still agape in shock at the large number of students flooding into the court.
