Although Ares already agreed that he would stay in the room under the staircase, he had never anticipated the condition in which he met the room.

Apart from it being incredibly small and tight, it was so dirty and dusty, appearing to not have been put to use in years.

Thankfully, Ares is now a powerful cultivator. However, he was already covered in dust from head to toe before he remembered this fact and with just a wave of his hand, a gust of wind blew through the room, instantly cleaning away all traces of dust.

The little room that was less than ten square feet became sparkling neat in less than a second but added with the manual labor he had begun with, Ares was finally done cleaning and arranging the room a little bit over two hours later.

Once done, Ares washed himself from the guest bathroom downstairs and finally prepared to set out.

"My daughter told me you were just a college student.” A condescending voice abruptly entered Ares’s ears just as he was on the verge
