Chapter 19 : New Students Banquet

"The next set is a speech from the head of the celestial academy," the voice of the host continued.

A male of middle age then materialised out of nowhere on the stage.

"Greetings and felicitations on your arrival at the Celestial Academy, freshmen. "My name is Kartes, and I am the director of the celestial academy." At that point, he quickly presented himself to the audience.

Except for Ariel, many people did not notice Kartes' first entrance on stage.

Ariel sensed an aura of spectrum power that was very similar to the one he had felt during the first and second exams of the celestial academy. This was an aura of power that gave the impression that it was watching and had many eyes.

Ariel came to the conclusion that one of the spirit element spectrum techniques was emanating from Kartes, and he also came to the conclusion that Kartes was the owner of the spirit spectrum technique.

The gaze of Ariel and Kartes briefly locked together.

The new students that attended the event to welcome
